Were you looking for information about Chlamydia? Chlamidie is a common misspelling of chlamydia.
Chlamydia is the most frequently reported sexually transmitted disease caused by bacteria in the United States. It affects both men and women, and is transmitted during vaginal, oral, or anal sex. Most infected people show no symptoms of infection; if symptoms do occur, they may include a burning sensation when urinating and abnormal vaginal or penile discharge. Although chlamydia is curable (with antibiotics), an untreated infection can lead to serious reproductive problems such as infertility.
